1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ek22 platform, including all betting services, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and any other feature made available at ek22.io. ek22 is an online betting and casino platform operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh and other supported regions.

By completing the registration process and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by them. These Terms are effective from the date indicated at the top of this document and supersede all prior versions. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ek22 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ek22.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ek22 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at ek22.io.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, including cash balance and eligible bonus funds where separately denoted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before it becomes withdrawable as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures that ek22 applies to Player accounts in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and any other payment channel designated as active on the Platform's deposit/withdrawal pages.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the ek22 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ek22 does not permit gambling by individuals under this age threshold under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of ek22, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the Platform.

ek22 reserves the right to conduct age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Where ek22 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria, it may suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and request supporting documentation including a government-issued national identification card, passport, or driving licence.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account. The detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different email addresses — will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held, including winnings derived from gameplay while multiple accounts were active.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication code associated with your account. ek22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify ek22 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can reach the support team at [email protected]. ek22 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Do not use public or shared devices to access your ek22 account without logging out after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available to provide an additional layer of protection.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.

ek22 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies session timeout policies to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and Players are encouraged to take all reasonable precautions on their end.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your ek22 account must be made using a Supported Payment Method in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own daily and per-transaction limits which are outside ek22's control.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ek22 account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. ek22 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• ek22 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or any unverified payment method.
• In the event of an erroneous deposit, contact support immediately — ek22 cannot guarantee the recovery of funds credited in error to a third-party account.
• ek22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of a payment method before processing withdrawals associated with that method.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit ("same-source" policy). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of all Players' funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes, subject to completion of KYC verification. Where KYC documents have not yet been submitted or are under review, withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.

ek22 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously withdrawn. Supporting documents may include a national identification card, proof of address, and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the nominated payment method.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are only permitted after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• ek22 does not charge a withdrawal fee, however the payment provider may deduct a transaction fee on their end.
• ek22 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• In the event of account closure, any verified cash balance will be returned to the Player's last active payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ek22 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which include wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are held separately from cash balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• ek22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be handled fairly.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any indication of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, will result in the bonus being voided.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ek22 is subject to the specific rules of each product, game, or market as displayed within the platform at the time of play. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

For sports betting, odds are displayed as presented by ek22's odds providers and are subject to change up until the moment the market is suspended or closed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked in for that bet, subject to the exceptions noted below.

• ek22 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the bet was placed on a market that should have been suspended at the time.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game round or bet placement, ek22 will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly, based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the platform's servers.
• ek22 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players will be notified and their stake returned in full in such cases.
• All live casino game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures of the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, etc.) and are not influenced by ek22.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek22 platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in live poker, table games, or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering or financial crime activity.
• Chargeback abuse: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ek22 platform — including but not limited to the ek22 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of ek22 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ek22.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ek22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or financial loss resulting from gambling outcomes.

ek22's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

ek22 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at any time for maintenance or operational reasons.

12 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting ek22 support at [email protected] with a written request. Upon voluntary closure, any verified cash balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

ek22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• ek22 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with no login activity.
• Continued operation of your account would expose ek22 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by ek22 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance — including cash balance, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. ek22 will provide a written explanation upon request in cases where balance forfeiture occurs.

13 Responsible Gaming

ek22 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a harmful activity, and we take that responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Define how long you can remain logged into the platform in a single session before an automatic logout is triggered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ek22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ek22 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where practicable, will notify active Players via email or an on-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
